Echinacea

It's time to plant some high energy, immune boosting echinacea.

You'll become a real botanist once this purple beauty starts to bloom in your garden.

Being winter it would be a great idea to start planting your seeds inside. In a small pot, plant your seeds in damp soil. Keeping it damp first few weeks to ensure it gets enough water.

Once flowers start to sprout you're welcome to transplant them into the garden, or keep them inside if you're worried you will forget to water them.

You can dry the roots and leaves and steep them in hot water to create a immune boosting tea. Or simple pop them in a vase to enjoy the vibrant purple.
